Created in the aftermath of the pandemic, neither here nor there is a moving image installation which explores the inertia of suspended time and its effects on attention, perception, and our experience of place.  The work documents the struggles of a written ‘voice’ and its experience of a prolonged ‘stillness’ in a place where nothing appears to change, yet everything does. Across days and seasons, this ‘voice’ drifts between certainty and doubt as it waits in anticipation for an ‘event’ to take place.
